We have four simple hosting plans to choose from. The main differences between them are bandwidth and storage space.

• Bandwidth: The quantity of data transfer between your web site and its users (includes email traffic). The more popular the web site, the more bandwidth needed.
• Storage space:The hard drive space used on the server. The more content your site has, the more storage space you need.

No Contracts and No Hidden Costs

Most hosting providers require you to pay annually and if you choose to move your site to another host there's no refund. Not with Drumbeat - we don't require you to commit to any contracts for hosting. You are free to leave us whenever you want. There are no hidden costs if you leave and we will refund any money you have prepaid for hosting and have not used.

*Choosing Premium Backup

If you don't backup your data you are taking a risk. We offer a daily automated backup service to all sites we host with backup files maintained remotely and available to you upon request.

Support

We provide full phone and email support during business hours and an after hours is available is required.

Many hosting companies require you to manage your own account via a 'Control Panel' area, which can be confusing and time consuming. You're welcome to access your Control Panel area but we're also happy for you to simply ask us and we'll make the changes for you.

Terms

• All fees are to be pre-paid yearly. Unused pre-paid credit IS fully refundable if you decide to leave. There are no charges for leaving.
• A setup cost may apply - generally $50.

• All prices are subject to change, though if you currently have a plan with us, your fee for the current period will NOT change.
